Since 2012, to get the list of servers in your game you'll need the Master Patch for your version of RtCW.
If you play 1.0-1.32 this fix might do the trick: MP 1.0 Master Server + PunkBuster Installer. When playing 1.4-1.41b you need the MP 1.4 Master Server + PunkBuster Fix. Tnx s4ndmod. And if thát doesn't help check this page. Doesn't work?
Keep in mind the masterserver could be down for a few days (still happens every now and than) and add these to your Favs..

Serveradmins should add wolfmaster.s4ndmod.com and dpmaster.deathmask.net to cvar sv_master5 or ^Wh.
If these are down, within a week alternative(s) can be derived via the normal channels. Read about that in the Arch.
